Bean's Poker Room
Welcome to Bean's Poker Room! You can information on upcoming events, active members, and past tournament results. We are an invite-only home poker room. We simply want a place that does not rake, a place to learn the great game of poker without having to pay to do so. We learn to play poker correctly together. Please check back with us to keep up to date!
Bean’s Poker Room follows the same basic rules of every poker room. We have a few rules that we would like to mention that are emphasized more than others.
- You make not talk about a hand AT ALL until it is 100% over. You may obviously taunt your opponent if you are in the hand, but you may not talk about the possible hands on the table or as such if you are folded.
- There is no use of cell phones, texting, or anything of such while you are in a hand. If you must be on the phone, please leave the table and head outside or away from the table.
- You must sit in front of your cup holder.
- There is no string betting. We will alter your bet if this occurs.
- Cuts will be for the person to your right. Don’t forget to cut. Many of us do not know each other, so trust is key here.
- Bad Beats – We understand poker. Losing all-in with AA pre-flop happens. Please refrain from screaming in general. I understand excitement but keep it to a dull roar.
